Have you been rucking -- or hearing a lot about rucking?
We've got a rucking-wrecking crew putting together an event for YOU! Rucking is a physical exercise that involves walking or hiking with a weighted backpack over different terrains and distances.
Our first group RUCK with be approx. 3 miles guided by BRLA member and local rucker Joe Peters. We're going to take it slow and have a GREAT time. Come out for some amazing exercise with a fun crew!
