This special morning will kick off with a short trail hike that will lead to a beautiful gathering spot. John will lead a guided meditation followed by a mindful discussion including practical techniques to deepen awareness of internal calm, the beauty on the trails and the hidden beauty of your presence in the world.
Participants will leave with new tools and techniques for facing holiday anxiety as well as life's challenges. Guests will gain a nuanced understanding that they themselves are the biggest gift they can give this season.
