Registration Updates & Policies:

- In accordance with ABTS Pace rules, teams of 4 are NO LONGER PERMITTED -- only teams of 2 and 3 are permitted. If you are a group of 4or more,  please break into 2 teams and request to be started close together.

-A negative Coggins test for each horse must be uploaded with your registration or received by email prior to Thursday, Sept. 8th

-If you plan to register a team all at once (not individually), please plan ahead by asking them about their lunch/beverage preferences -- you will need this info to complete registration.

-Please make sure that teammates registering separately all enter the same team name (when this detail is entered inaccurately the system creates a new team - please be specific, ie. "The Sunny Riders" vs. "Sunny Riders Team")

-A limited number of walk-in registrations will be permitted this year with an extra fee of $50 per person; all waivers, Coggins paperwork + full payment is required for participation - no exceptions. There will be limited availability for adding lunches for walk-ins. Start times will be towards the end.

- Requirements for Junior Level pace participation are that the rider should be comfortable, safe and appropriate on a trail ride, be able to walk / trot / canter … and appropriately handle a water crossing (bridge or stream).

Registration closes for this event Friday, May 19th at 5pm.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR SCRATCHES. CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING 5PM.
