    L U N C H ... UNDER THE OAK

    Join us for the Pace lunch social under the sprawling John Jay Oak Tree. Rosé and ribbons beginning at *12:30/1pm  (* depending on the number of teams) 

    Gourmet boxed lunches provided by GE Brown.

    (Please review the options below and confirm orders with your teammates before you begin the online registration process.) 

    *Lunch & drink options are selected as 'add-on' items within your registration. Additional lunches for drivers, family and spectators may be added this year.


    MENU OPTIONS

    (*Lunch order cutoff is 2pm Thursday 5/28)

    Lunch Option #1 - Grilled Chicken, Avocado, Tomato, Herb Aioli on a baguette, Greek orzo salad, brownie and water ($20)

    Lunch Option #2 - Caprese - Tomato, Mozzarella, Nut-free Basil Pesto, Greek orzo salad, brownie and water ($20)

    Lunch Option #3 -  GF Hummus & Veggie Wrap, GF Greek Chick Pea salad,  brownie and water ($20)

    Wine Bar -  Enjoy two drinks from the wine bar (prosecco or rosé) with your $20 bar purchase; (*must be purchased in advance, no alcohol sales are permitted on-site)

    *The Fine Print!*  Registration Updates & Policies:

    - Following ABTS Pace rules, only teams of 2 and 3 are permitted. If you are a group of 4 or more,  please break into 2 teams and request to start close together.

    -A negative Coggins test for each horse must be uploaded with your registration or received by email prior to Friday, May 29th at noon.

    -If you plan to register a team all at once (not individually), please plan ahead by getting their lunch/beverage preferences -- you will need this info to complete registration.

    -Please make sure that teammates registering separately all enter the same team name. (please be specific, ie. "The Sunny Riders" vs. "Sunny Riders Team")

    -Registration closes for this event Friday, May 29th at noon. Walk-in registrations will be permitted only if waivers, Coggins & full payment are provided on site; no exceptions. A fee of $30 will be added to all walk-ins and participants not registered by Friday at noon. Start times will be added after all other registrants.

    - Requirements for Junior Level pace participation: riders should be comfortable, safe and appropriate on a trail ride, be able to walk / trot / canter … and appropriately handle a water crossing (bridge or stream).

    REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR SCRATCHES. CANCELLATIONS WILL BE PERMITTED THROUGH SATURDAY AT 1 PM

    the BRLA is offering a guided trail walk for our friends and neighbors.... Join Us!

    Saturday June 6, 9:30 - 11am


    This will be a slightly hilly walk though we will move at a leisurely pace. Details will be sent to registrants the day before the event.

    BRLA non-members will be asked to sign a liability form before the walk. Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome on this walk.

    Grab your 4-legged furry friend and join us for a

    doggie trail walk

    Saturday June 20th, 9:30am


    Register today and join others in our community for a fun, energetic and beautiful trail walk on the BRLA followed by a water bowl buffet and treats for all!

    (limited to 10 dogs)

    RULES

    1 dog per person

    dog must be leashed at ALL TIMES 

    Friendly dogs only. DO NOT REGISTER for this event if your dog shows aggression towards other dogs. Dogs making any other participants uncomfortable will be asked to leave. 

    YOU walk your dog - not the other way around. :)  Please be sure you can demonstrate control of your pup in a busy group setting.
